YIELD: a creative container

The work already exists. It's waiting for you to make room.
Somewhere in you is a book, an album, a body of art, a business, a vision you haven't said out loud yet.
It's not missing. It's not late. It's asking for a different kind of space than the one you keep trying to force it into.
Sanctum means sacred space.
YIELD is that space, built around your work.
To yield means two things. To surrender. And to bear fruit. This container holds both.
What this is
YIELD is a private creative container rooted in breath, ceremony, and emergent field work.
We don't start with deadlines or word counts.
We start in the body, where the work actually lives, and let breath open what effort never could.
We turn toward the work itself.
I read it, witness it, and reflect back what it's trying to become. Honestly. Devotionally. Without flinching.
This is held the Sanctum way: trauma-informed, ceremonial, and in full service to what wants to come through you.
What's inside
A ceremonial opening day in person: breathwork ceremony, energy work, and a deep, reverent encounter with your work
Witnessed review of your work with written reflections, part editor, part mirror
Ongoing sessions weaving breath, movement, and creative guidance, shaped by what the work needs in the moment
Direct access between sessions, so you're never alone with it when it stirs
A ceremonial closing to honor what you've birthed and what's next
Full confidentiality, sealed by agreement before we begin

YIELD SCHOLARSHIPS
Because devotion shouldn't depend on who could afford it
If you’re considering this level of work, you can request an application below
Too much of the world's most important work never gets made. Not because it lacks brilliance, but because the people carrying it were never resourced, never invited, never held. Sanctum refuses to keep that pattern alive.
Each calendar year, two full scholarships are given in devotion to creators whose voices have been kept at the margins: LGBTQIA+ creators, women of color, Indigenous creators, and disabled and neurodivergent creators.
They are also extended to scholars of the sacred, the independent scholars and writers devoted to the contemplative, mystical, and esoteric traditions. Your work keeps ancient wisdom alive. It deserves to be held while you bring it into print.
Many of our recipients are recent graduates at the beginning of bringing their work into the world. This is exactly the moment support matters most, and exactly the moment it's hardest to find.
Full scholarships are held by waitlist. Partial scholarships are offered year round on a sliding scale, so the door never fully closes.
Whether full or partial, you are completely cared for on in-person days. Sanctum covers your food, beverages, lodging, ceremony items, and the materials we work with. Your only responsibility is travel from home to a location we choose together. You arrive. Everything else is held.
If you're carrying something the world needs, tell me on your application.
